A history over the centuries__..
The Campari familyɟs attics have housed the balsamic vinegar of Modena for ages. In the 50ɟs, the union of the acetaie from _Casa Nava_ gave birth to one of the most interesting acetaie in the province of Modena. The family were so keen on vinegar that its quality became better and better, and the number of casks increased, even if it was _only_ a gift for the relatives, friends and lovers.
In 1986 Lodovico Campari decided to let more people know and appreciate this precious nectar, perfect with meat, fish , but also with strawberries and milk ice-cream.
