Chocolate-Dipped Biscotti

1 bag Sapori Biscotti

1 bag Dark Chocolate Chips

1 bag Milk Chocolate Chips

1 bag White Chocolate Chips

Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper and set aside.

Melt all three types of chocolate in separate glass bowls either in the microwave, or over pots of hot water.

Dip ½ a biscotti in one of the chocolates and place it on the cookie sheet.

Continue alternating desired chocolate types until all the biscotti have been dipped.

Using a spoon, drizzle different chocolate types onto biscotti (dark chocolate onto white, white onto milk etc…).

Place in refrigerator to harden chocolate.

You can also drizzle on your favorite flavored syrups before placing in the refrigerator (try raspberry on the dark chocolate biscotti).
