Quick & Easy Italian Mozzarella Sandwich

1 piece Italian Bread (lightly toasted)

3 cloves Fresh Garlic (chopped)

Genesio Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1-2 pcs Luapara “OVOLINI” Buffalo Mozzarella (sliced)

1 Fresh Tomato (I like to use the ‘tomatoes on the vine’) (sliced)

2-3 thin slices of Prosuitto

2 Leaves Fresh Basil (chopped)

Mariella Balsamic Vinegar

Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste

Chop garlic, add to oil and stir well. Allow to rest.

Brush garlic-oil on to toasted bread.

Place prosuitto slices on bread.

Place mozzarella slices on top and lightly drizzle with vinegar, salt and pepper.

Place tomato slices on top.

Top sandwich with chopped basil, and a bit more salt and pepper.
