My Family’s Italian Salad Dressing

It’s so simple, but it’s so fantastic…

4 oz Genesio Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 oz Mariella Balsamic Vinegar

1 big pinch Dried Oregano (crush between your fingers)

1 big pinch Garlic Powder

Kosher Salt and Cracked Black Pepper to taste.

Mix all ingredients in a small jar, cover and shake.

The levels of oil and vinegar can vary according to personal taste preferences.

This dressing is perfect on salads, or as a marinade for you favorite poultry or red meat before grilling.
