Mom’s Perfect Pasta Salad1 lb Mariella Farfalle 2 pcs Lupara “OVOLINI” Buffalo Mozzarella (diced) 1 can Colossal Black Olives (pitted) 1 jar Roasted Red Peppers (coarse chopped) 1 stick Pepperoni (diced) 1 jar Artichoke Hearts (drained and quartered) Genesio Extra Virgin Olive Oil Mariella Balsamic Vinegar Garlic Powder, Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper to taste
Boil farfalle, drain and place in refrigerator to cool. Once cooled, place farfalle in a large bowl. Add dry ingredients and toss. Drizzle oil and vinegar on top and serve. |
