Ordering Instructions:
Our shipments come in via airfreight once a week to ensure freshness and proper rotation. If you decide to make your purchase with us we will need your order by Tuesdays at 4pm to arrive at our warehouse the following Tuesday. the mozzarella will be shipped overnight or refrigerated truck depending on the size of the shipment.
