Wholesale Italian Food imports a variety of buffalo mozzarella products from a farm located just outside of Caserta, Italy (the home of the true fresh buffalo mozzarella). Torre Lupara utilizes modern technology systems in its processing equipment and packaging systems while maintaining high quality stadards. With one of the largest herds of water buffalo in the world, Lupara is able to maintain self sufficiency. From growing their own feed and milking the buffalo to packaging the cheese, the entire process is completed at one site to ensure the freshness of their product. Once you have tried their Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella, you will understand the importance of using it in your Italian cuisine. Ordering Instructions: Our shipments come in from Italy once a week via air freight to ensure freshness and proper rotation. If you decide to make your purchase with us we will need your order by at least one week in advance. Once the shipment arrives from Italy into our warehouse the mozzarella will be shipped UPS or refrigerated truck depending on the size of the shipment.
